Create a dynamic loyalty program for multiple outputs and seamlessly integrate transactional triggered EDM communication, custom design and develop mobile applications, responsive websites, instore iPad application and integrate transactional data with MailChimp.
Leveraging our cloud based enterprise “xchangexec” suite of software and its native loyalty engine, TASK / CREATIVE delivered a loyalty application integrated across all consumer touch points online, mobile, instore and at the point of purchase.
The EL SOCIAL app, designed and developed by Task Retail Technology, has real time integration with transactional data, displays to the consumer their current status i.e. 2 hot drinks until your free one, and allows consumers to update details.
It has live location details all managed via the “xchangexec” suite of software and allows promotional information to be easily updated and maintained.
Loyalty program members are generated with a custom QR card on sign up, which atcs as their digital loyalty card. Simply scanning at the POS terminal, enables them to the loyalty program.
San Churro wanted truly connected technologies. Our creative and development teams work off the same software stack that runs the transactions instore (POS software), allowing us to have integrations second to none. Taking it one step further, our development team opened up a transactional integration to MailChimp, allowing transactional triggered EDM communication to loyalty members. The partnership between software and creative, combining the two sides of the brain logic and creativity allowed us to enable unique technologies and experiences at the enterprise and consumer level.
